The Community Micro Lending Society and its partners will have a deep, wide, and lasting impact in the Greater Victoria community and eventually far beyond. ACEM, a community loan fund in Montreal which has been in existence for 20 years, has loaned out $2.4 million and has a repayment rate of 95%, attributes its success to its staff. There, a full time Executive Director and three business analysts work to support borrowers and connect them in the community. The Community Micro Lending Society's program budget for 2011-2012 reflects the importance of staff in the start-up phase of our organization. Please donate now.
